The health of our legs is critical to Better Balance. The most obvious reason being that without our legs we couldn't stand, of course. But it's so much more than that. The state of our legs is critical to having better balance and to being able to walk. It is also critical for the health of our knees and ankles, without which we would not be able to walk either.
